Aluminum extrusion is a versatile manufacturing technique where aluminum alloy material is pressed into a metal extrusion die with a consistent cross-sectional shape. Large presses or hydraulic machines push heated aluminum billets through the die, shaping the material as it exits. Aluminum extrusion is ideal for producing metal frames, housings, heat sinks, automotive parts, bicycle frames, and more, suitable for both small- and large-batch production.
In contrast, aluminum die casting uses specialized molds (dies) to produce multiple parts simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency and consistency. Die casting is suitable for metals like aluminum, zinc, copper, and aluminum-magnesium alloys. The process involves melting the metal and injecting it into the molds under high pressure, followed by rapid cooling and solidification to form parts with complex structures and fine details. Post-CNC machining can further enhance precision.

Copper is renowned for its excellent electrical conductivity and thermal properties, making it widely used in electrical components.
